The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District has a need for a Performance-Based, Commercial Services contract for Building and Grounds Maintenance (B&G) Services including, but not limited to grounds keeping, brush removal, janitorial services, solid waste removal, raw sewage and sludge removal, and pesticide application at East Branch Clarion River Lake, Wilcox, PA. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles as required to perform grounds keeping, brush removal, janitorial services, solid waste removal, raw sewage and sludge removal, pesticide application, and other services in accordance with procedures established in the Performance Work Statement which will be provided with the solicitation at a later date. This procurement is contemplated to be Set-Aside 100% for Small Businesses.
