The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District, has a need for a Requirements Contract for Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Services at Woodcock Creek Lake and Union City, Waterford PA. The Woodcock Creek Lake and Union City projects are located in Northwestern Pennsylvania (Crawford and Erie Counties). Services required includes, but are not limited to mowing, cleaning, janitorial and other maintenance serves at both Woodcock Creek Lake and Union City Dam in accordance with standards in the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles to perform services. This procurement will be set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561730, Landscaping Services and the Small Business size standard is $9.5 million dollars. The anticipated period of performance is 1 March 2024 – 28 February 2025 plus four (4) one-year option periods, if exercised by the government. The total contract term including the exercise of any options, will not exceed 5 years 6 months. The government is planning a pre-quotation site visit; the date and time will be in the solicitation. Attendees will have the opportunity to walk the project site and ask questions as desired. All *responsible quoters are encouraged to participate. The Request for quote will be issued on or about 31 October 2023 online through Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) SOL module which posts the opportunity to SAM.gov.
