Perform continuous methane monitoring in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement Point Marion Methane Assessment and Mitigation (section 2.1.1)? Propose a methane mitigation plan and continual monitory strategy in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement Point Marion Methane Assessment and Mitigation (section 2.1.2)
