The contractor is required to furnish all necessary supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and transportation/vehicles necessary to perform the required services. Services include grounds maintenance, cleaning services, solid waste removal, and raw sewage and sludge removal. This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561730, Landscaping Services, and the Small Business Size Standard is $9.5M. The Period of Performance is 1 May 2024 to 30 April 2025, with four (4) discretionary one (1) year option periods. The total contract term including the exercise of any options, will not exceed 5 years 6 months.
