Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Services at Woodcock Creek Lake (Saegertown, PA) and Union City Dam (Waterford, PA). The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform mowing, cleaning, janitorial, and other maintenance services at the Woodcock Creek Lake and Union City Dam projects, as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions, Maps, Attachments, Appendices, etc., contained herein or incorporated by reference. It is emphasized that the work described in this contract is a critical part of the USACE mission. Much of the work described will be performed in public recreation areas. USACE is committed to Customer Care and providing quality professional service.
