Submitted quote MUST be good for 45 calendar days after closing date and the proposed delivery date will be 60 days from date of award. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about 7 April 2023 online only at SAM.gov under Contract Opportunities. The anticipated quote due date is 14 April 2023 and anticipated award date is 21 April 2023. The intention is to award this requirement as a sole source to Worthington Waterway Barriers (Worthington Products of East Canton, OH); the Original Equipment Manufacturer. Market research did not identify any resellers of TUFFboom® hardware registered in the System for Award Management nor any compatible substitutes. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency and provides for full and open competition. Any resulting award will be for one, firm, fixed-price, purchase order to the responsible* lowest quoter.
