The work includes a Roof Replacement on the Resource Manager?s Office. In general, the tasks required in the performance of this contract include: The contractor shall replace the shingle roof, gutters, and downspouts on the Resource Manager?s Office. The work shall include removal and disposal of all roofing materials over the entire roof, including all flashing, pipe boots, drip edges, shingles and roof felt, and replacement with new roofing underlayment, ice barrier and shingles, new roof ridge vent, new pipe boots, new louvered attic vents, and new flashing around all roof penetrations. Gutters and downspouts on all the eaves shall be removed and replaced with new aluminum seamless gutters and downspouts. All material provided in the performance of this contract shall be unused and meet the requirements of the specifications.
