The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform mowing, cleaning, janitorial, and other maintenance services at the Shenango River Lake project recreation areas, as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions, Drawings, Attachments, Appendices, etc., contained herein or incorporated by reference. It is emphasized that the work described in this contract is a critical part of the USACE mission. The work described will be performed in a public recreation area. USACE is committed to Customer Care and providing quality professional service.
