Amendment 0004- update the Addendum to 52.212-1 Submittal Instruction for quotes to be subbmitted by email and to extend the soliciation due date. ********************************* UPDATES*********************************************************************** The USACE Pittsburgh District is seeking qualified concerns capable of upgrading PLC based control systems. The qualified control system integrator shall provide evidence they have worked with Schneider Electric (SE) Unity Momentum M1E processors, SE Control Expert software, GE Digital iFIX HMI software, Rockwell Automation (RA) SLC and ControlLogix processors, and RA Factory Talk software for at least five years. Evidence of previous work shall include project descriptions with contact names and telephone numbers for verification purposes. All references shall be submitted for verification with each bid.
