The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District intends to procure a service project that involves the operation, maintenance and repair of the sewage plant and collection systems at the Shenango River Lake, Hermitage, Pennsylvania. The anticipated period of performance will be from April 1, 2023 through January 31, 2024, with four (4) one-year option periods if exercised by the government. The total contract term including the exercise of any options, will not exceed 5 years 4 months. The solicitation number is W911WN23Q3003 and will be issued as an Request for Quote (RFQ), 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ will result in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 221320, Sewage Treatment Facilities, and the small business size standard is with a small business size standard is $31 Million. The RFQ will be issued on or about 14 January 2023, online through Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) which posts the opportunity to SAM.gov; therefore, requests for hardcopies of the solicitation package will not be honored. *Responsible means a contractor that meets the standards in FAR 9.104 - available at https://www.acquisition.gov In order to submit a Quote on this project, your company must – Be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and maintain an active registration status. Be registered in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) for the Solicitation Module with the PROPOSAL MANAGER role.
