Dam Access Road and Parking Pavement Maintenance for Youghiogheny River Lake, Confluence, Pennsylvania The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a project at Youghiogheny River Lake. The work consists of milling existing pavement and placing an overlay of Asphalt Wearing Course (Scratch) and Asphalt Wearing Course (top coat) over existing asphalt. The limits of proposed pavement be milled to a depth of 1- inch and receive a 2-inch overlay. The Contractor shall also restripe the parking stall pavement markings, remove and dispose existing wheel stops and provide new wheel stops, and remove an asphalt curb and replace with an asphalt shoulder wedge. The work shall be completed within 270 calendar days after written Notice to Proceed. Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction (FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204) Between $250,000 and $500,000 The acquisition will be procured as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting award will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract. All responsible Bidders are encouraged to participate. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 9 September 2023, online through Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) which posts the opportunity to SAM.gov; therefore, requests for hard copies of the solicitation will not be honored. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction;. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS Code is $45,000,000.00.
