The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District (USACE-Pittsburgh), has a requirement for the removal and replacement of existing roofing systems on the Landwall, Middlewall, and Riverwall Operations buildings at the Emsworth Locks and Dams, 0 Western Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15202-1708 in Allegheny County, per attached Specifications document. The contractor shall provide all costs of labor, materials, supplies, equipment, supervision, cleanup, and other costs of completing the work as specified to remove and dispose of the existing roofing materials, insulation, drain covers, conductor heads and install a new roofing system, insulation, drain covers, and all other miscellaneous components.
