The contractor shall furnish all supervision, material, equipment, labor, and other items and services necessary to perform snow removal, ice removal and ice control services for the PEWARS installation, which encompasses approximately 50,000 square feet of parking area, 3,000 feet of roadway, and approximately 5,500 square feet of sidewalks, loading docks, exterior stairs, building entrances, emergency exit doors, handicap ramps, flagpole area, fire hydrants and Security Guard area, and the West View COOP Site, which encompasses approximately 3,500 square feet of parking area and 2,750 feet of roadway.
