Mosquito Creek Lake, Furnish and Install Fence Around Maintenance Building and Pole Barn The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a requirement for the removal of existing fence, posts, and gates at the Maintenance Building and Pole Barn locations at Mosquito Creek Lake, Cortland, Trumbull County, Ohio. The contractor shall furnish and install new fence, posts, and gates at the same locations as detailed in the Specifications and Drawings. Rough estimates for the removal lengths are 323 feet for the Maintenance Building and 418 feet for the Pole Barn and the new installation lengths are 413 feet for the Maintenance Building and 498 feet for the Pole Barn. Drawings provided show the layout of the existing and new fence lines. The chain link fence shall be of 8 feet in height with barbed wire. Contractor shall install one (1) double leaf swing gate at the Maintenance Building that shall be twenty (20) feet wide total. Contractor shall install one (1) double leaf swing gate at the Pole Barn that shall be twenty (20) feet wide total. All material provided in the performance of this contract shall be unused and meet the requirements of the specifications. The work shall be completed within 300 calendar days after written Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost of the proposed work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This acquisition will be procured as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The resulting award will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. Requests for hardcopies of the solicitation will not be honored. Contractors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) BEFORE SUBMITTING A QUOTE ON THIS SOLICITATION (go to https://www.sam.gov to register). Please be aware that SAM requires a Notarized Statement as part of their registration and renewal process. This process could take more than ten (10) days.
