The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a project that is located at East Branch Clarion River Lake is located in Jones Township, in northeastern Elk County, PA. The dam is located on the East Branch of the Clarion River, 7.3 miles upstream from its junction with the West Branch of the Clarion River at Johnsonburg. The work is located at East Branch Lake, 631 East Branch Dam Road, Wilcox, PA 15870-9748. The site of the work may be reached from state and local roads and streets. The work is located near the spillway at East Branch Dam in Wilcox, PA and is adjacent to PA State Game Lands 25 The general description of the work shall include the furnishing of all materials, equipment, and supplies and the performance of all labor and all incidentals necessary to install approximately 2,700 feet of minimum 8 foot high galvanized steel woven wire fencing to exclude humans and deer along the dam spillway at East Branch Clarion River Lake. This requirement is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Any resultant contract shall be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and one award is anticipated. The estimated price range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ).
