This requirement is for a Contractor that is a Licensed Well Driller in the State of Pennsylvania or a Licensed Professional Geologist in the State of Pennsylvania who shall camera two existing potable groundwater wells and perform a pumping test on one of the existing potable groundwater wells. At the conclusion of the pumping test, water quality testing on the two existing potable groundwater wells are to be collected and analyzed at a Pennsylvania Accredited Laboratory in accordance with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP), Public Water Supply Manual, and Part IV Noncommunity System Design Standards per the Statement of Work at East Branch Dam, Clarion River, Wilcox, Pennsylvania. _______________________________________________________ Amendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to answer questions arising from the Solicitation. __________________________________________________________ Amendment 0002 The purpose of this Amendment is to answer questions arising from the Solicitation and to provide a cutoff date for questions and to extend the due date for Quotes.
