The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District has a requirement for Roofing Replacement at Dashields Lock and Dam (100 Dashields Lock Road, Coraopolis, PA 15108-5417). The work is located at 100 Dashields Lock Road, Coraopolis, PA 15108-5417. The site of the work may be reached from state and local roads and streets. The purpose of this contract is to replace the EPDM sheet roof systems of two lock buildings. One building is located on the Middle Wall and one building is located on the River Wall of the Lock. All work shall be done in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. The roof systems shall be replaced as specified in the Technical Specifications and provide a water tight seal upon completion of the work. A site visit has been scheduled for Thursday March 12, 2020 at 10:00AM. This procurement is Firm Fixed Price and is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238160, Roofing Contractors. The Small Business Size Standard is $16.5M. The period of performance is 180 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The estimated cost of the proped work is between $100,000 and $250,000.
