USACE Pittsburgh District has a requirement for the installation of seven (7) new access control devices compatible with existing Lenel Access “On Guard” Control Systems in the US Army Corps of Engineers work spaces located in the William S. Moorehead Federal Building located at the street address of 1000 Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. All devices are to be home run to the main control system. Contractor shall program all system and door set up information. Contractor shall furnish and install system controller, readers, power supplies, battery backups etc. as to provide a fully operational access control system. This procurement will be set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561621, Security System Services - Except Locksmiths and the Small Business size standard is $22 million dollars. The anticipated period of performance is 30 days after contract award. The government is planning a pre-quotation site visit on 22 July 2020 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. Any resulting award will be for one firm, fixed-price, purchase order made to the responsible* offeror whose quote is lowest.
