This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued in accordance with FAR Parts 13 and 36. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District has a requirement for work that includes the remodel of the men's and women's restrooms and backroom, window installation, and other work required in the Scope of Work at the Upper Ohio Area Construction Office located at 3510 Grand Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15225. The site of the work may be reached from state and local roads and streets. This procurement is Firm Fixed Price and is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 236220, Commercial and Industrial Building Construction. The Small Business Size Standard is $36.5M. The period of performance for the contract is 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The estimated cost of the proposed work is between $25,000 and $100,000.
