The Acquisition Strategy for this procurement has changed, instead of making an award for one (1) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a whole to one responsible offeror using the Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process, any resulting award will now be made through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) process. The IFB will be issued on or about April 25, 2019 online through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO.gov) website.
