This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued for market research and planning purposes only. The government seeks to identify capable sources offering commercial-off-the-shelf or modified-COTS Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) solutions. The desired solutions must be platform-agnostic, modular, and open-architecture to support Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) across mixed fleets.
