This Solicitation/CALL is in support of the Army Futures Command. The goal of the program is for Industry to demonstrate an advanced thermal management system (TMS) in a system integration lab (SIL) environment which shows high-performance cooling capability of multiple high power density mission equipment and hardware devices. It is envisioned that a high-performance cooling loop will be the focus off the project, as part of a central thermal management system (CTMS) which works in conjunction with it. The CTMS is expected to provide forced air cooling in the standard way, and a subset capacity for cooling high power density and/or specialty mission equipment requiring higher heat dissipation rates as part of its total cooling power. This CALL is in support of Master BAA W911W6-23-R-0010. Offeror must use the Master BAA along with this CALL for complete details on what is expected and proposal details.
