The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal, Fort Eustis, VA is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide labor, equipment, and parts required to perform annual calibration and preventative maintenance on 30 Pacific Instruments Model 6035 cards and 2 Pacific Instrument Model 6042 cards. In addition, the second requirement is for telephone-based software and technical support that provides the latest drivers and software releases as well as priority support for the Pacific Instruments systems. TDD-A currently maintains two Pacific Instruments Model 6000U enclosures. There is a dedicated computer connected to each of the two populated enclosures. These computers run the Pacific Instruments PI660 software that operates and the Model 6000U Data Acquisition Systems (DAS) enclosures. The requirement therefore is to calibrate the 32 DAS cards described above and for phone support related to the Pacific Instruments PI660 software that runs the data acquisition systems. The period of performance of the purchase order will be 1 base year and four 12-month option years. The anticipated award date is September 2023. The results of this Sources Sought Notice will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals and the associated size standard is 750. The PSC is 6625, Industrial Products & Services, Test & Measurement Supplies. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request is for sources capable of satisfying the requirement and does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this Sources Sought Notice is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
