The U.S. Army Technology Development Directorate-Eustis (TDD-A/SID), Building 401, Lee Boulevard, Fort Eustis, VA 23604 is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide the following: (1) 2ch digital HD-video output module, play only, Interfaces with HEIM MDR, Model Number MCVP_DV12, Part Number SHS510-3260, QTY 2; (2) Cable for the MVCP_DV12 card, Model Number MVCP_DV12 Cable, Part Number SDS105-0012, QTY 2; (3) Slot Blanking Plate for HEIM MDR unused interface module slots, Model Number SBP, Part Number SHS120-0502, QTY 25; (4) 32ch Discrete Signal Input module that interfaces with HEIM MDR, Model Number MDSC32, Part Number SHS510-3280, QTY 1; (5) 6ch MIL-STD-1553 input, dual redundant record, transformer coupled with 1553 message filtering that interfaces with HEIM MDR, Model Number MUAR6TA, Part Number SHS510-3516, QTY 1; and (6) 2 channel Ethernet module with filtering on IP address or IENA key, record and play channels that interfaces with HEIM MDR, Model Number METH2A-R/P, Part Number SHS510-3301/2, QTY 3. The results of this Sources Sought Notice will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334511 and the Product Service Code is 1680. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for sources capable of satisfying the requirement does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this Sources Sought Notice is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your company has the capability to provide the written testing results, provide the organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, and a capability statement as to how you will satisfy the requirement. This requirement is unrestricted and open to both small and large business concerns. The Government will evaluate all responses received to this Sources Sought Notice to ascertain potential market capability and potential sources who can provide the required item listed above and to determine the feasibility of a competitive acquisition. Interested parties who have the capability to provide the items as described above are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice not later than 2:00 p.m. eastern standard time, 17 February 2022.
