Requirement: Wideband Real Time Spectrum Analyzer, with all capabilities unlocked, accessories, and a warranty. The Spectrum Analyzer needs to cover a wide bandwidth at a single time, with a bandwidth of at least 800MHz. The Spectrum Analyzer needs to be able to record on RAID drives for a good length of time to support testing while at maximum bandwidth. A minimum of 2 hours recording time at maximum bandwidth is required. Includes a Controller PC with at least 40GbE which will host said drives. The PC will host all necessary computational software used to parse information gained from the spectrum analyzer. An additional set of replacement hard drives and cabling. Spectrum Analyzer minimum frequency of 16KHz or less Spectrum Analyzer maximum frequency of 26.5 GHz or more. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Army is conducting this Sources Sought to identify contractors who possess the capabilities to provide services / products as specified above and to determine their availability, capability and adequacy. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request.
