This acquisition will be Soliciting from a Single Source, as cited in FAR 13.106-1(b). The intended source is Hardwire LLC, 1947 Clarke Ave, Pocomoke City, Maryland 21851. The proposed contract action, a commercial purchase, is for procurement of 65 HB26 Turning Block armor panels with an Areal Density (AD) of 1.75 pounds per square foot (psf), and panel size of 12" by 12"and 65 HB212 armor panels with an AD of 2.5 psf and panel size of 12" by 12".
