THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 United State Code 2304(c)(2), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-2(a)(2), Unusual and Compelling Urgency. The Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for linguist transcription, translation, and interpretations services to CWU, Inc., 5402 W Laurel Street Unit 1B, Tampa, FL 33607-1726. The anticipated period of performance will be for six months. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
