THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Army Contracting Command-Warren, 6501 E. 11 Mile Rd., Detroit Arsenal, MI 48397 intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed-Fee contract for linguist transcription, translation, and interpretation services, on a sole-source basis, to CWU, Inc., 5402 W Laurel Street Unit 1B, Tampa, Florida 33607-1726, United States (CAGE 3YRB3). The primary work performance sites is Fort Gordon, GA with ancillary support to be provided at Fort Meade, MD and Hunter Army Airfield, GA. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. For possible future requirements, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
