Exercise and educational support services will provide evaluation expertise to assess all aspects of the Core Training Certification Course (CTCC) Final Training Exercise (FTX), with emphasis on the process for students to enter an air/land border crossing, and what to expect during detention by a local law enforcement entity, how to maintain security without disclosing any pertinent true personal details. All training will be provided off-site at the contractor provided facilities. The period of performance for this contract begins 18 July 2019 and ends 01 August 2019. The Contractor shall provide all instructor/trainer, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to conduct educational support services and evaluation expertise. The contractor shall provide support to the FTX for the CTCC which includes in-and-around transportation support for students to travel to designated training locations; fictional embassy training classified facility; hotel rooms for interview/debriefing training; role player support; and surveillance support.
