This is a Base plus Four Option Years requirements contract. The previous contract number was W911SF-19-D-0001, awarded to U.S. Grounds Maintenance for $14,516,665.00 for a base plus four option years. A site visit is scheduled for November 10, 2020 at 10:00 AM. For the site visit, meet at the bottom of the outside stairs on the south side of Building 6 (search Google Maps for "Meloy Hall Fort Benning, park in the large parking lot accessed by Karker Street). To obtain a Visitor Day Pass, arrive early to the Visitor Center at the Fort Benning I-185 entrance with a valid Government-issued ID card and current vehicle registration/insurance (search Google Maps for "Fort Benning Visitor Center).
