See Attachment. Note the pricing for the deliveries is being established as a quantity of 1 each for the purposes of the solicitation. The actual quantities will be provided post award. The shipment quantity should be priced at 10K autoinjectors for each shipment/location for quotation purposes. PREPARING AND SUBMITTING QUOTE: Response is encouraged to include past performance information: other military, commercial, and civilian companies with whom you have done business. Include country of manufacture for all items. Include feasible delivery dates. All questions and quotes must be directed to above point of contact. Questions will be answered at the discretion of the Contracting Office. Emailed quotes are preferred. Late quotes may be rejected at the Contracting Officer’s discretion. Offerors shall complete the provision 52.213-2 and submit with the offer. Please make quotes good for 60 days. EVALUATION: The Government plans to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offer conforming to the solicitation which will be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated using price, technical, and past performance, all being considered equal. All solicitation specifications are not absolute, and the Contracting Officer will consider innovative solutions to this requirement.
