The Joint Project Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radioactive and Nuclear Defense (JPEO CBRND) has a need for drug and pharmaceutical product storage, distribution and disposal services. The JPEO CBRND manages the acquisition and disbursement of multiple vaccine and pharmaceutical materials. Services required under this solicitation include the ability to store drug and pharmaceutical products in multiple conditions ranging from humidity controlled room temperature to ulta-low freezer; to distribute products to end users in a manner that maintains required temperature controls; and to dispose of drug and pharmaceutical materials. This solicitation is being issued under the authority of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Respondents must be a small business under the associated NAICS code for consideration. The contract for this effort will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) service contract awarded to a single contractor. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 493120 with a size standard of $36,500,000.00. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Alternate A, all interested offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Responses to the solicitation will be evaluated on using a lowest priced technically acceptable evaluation approach. Proposal costs shall not be reimbursed.
