Request for Information (RFI): Vehicle Integrated Point Enhanced RADIAC (VIPER)

Notice ID:W911SR-26-RFI-VIPER

JPM CBRN Sensing under JPM Integrated Early Warning is conducting a market survey to identify potential industry sources for Vehicle Integrated Platform Enhanced RADIAC (VIPER) development, testing, and platform integration support. VIPER provides rapid, accurate monitoring of platform crew exposure to radiological and nuclear hazards, replacing legacy AN/VDR-2 and AN/UDR-13 systems from the 1970s and 1980s. It modernizes platform-mounted monitoring for currently fielded U.S. Army manned ground and aviation platforms. The capability is standalone, designed to integrate into various Army ground-based and aviation platforms, and provides network-capable gamma dose rate, total dose, and prompt dose detection and monitoring inside and outside platforms. Full remaining details are available in the attached request.
