The Department of War's CPE-CBRND-ET is seeking information on capabilities to strengthen a clinical trial network, called CADENCC, for rapidly developing and testing Medical Countermeasures against chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threats. The program seeks an "Integrator" to coordinate a network capable of managing multiple concurrent Phase 1 and 2 trials, with a priority on sites within the Continental United States. Capabilities of interest include accelerating trial timelines, using decentralized data collection technologies, and ensuring robust quality assurance.
