The Governement intends to procure a replacement for the existing 785 nm laser in the Witec Raman chemical imaging microscope. The Government seeks XSL3100-1174 Diode laser module ,wavelength 785nm >300mW output power single longitudinal mode, including fiber coupling unit and optical isolator, 3m single-mode fiber with FC/APC connector directly connected to WiTec microscope systems, laser class 3B. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. Solicitations are not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response and documents submitted in response to this RFI will not be returned. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.
