Potential offerors are responsible to monitor https://sam.gov. THE GOVERNMENT REQUESTS THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: If you have an existing Capability Statement, please provide it. 2. Please provide a Brief Narrative discussing: a) Can you meet the required capabilities as stated in the attached PWS? Please provide a brief description of how/why. b) Can you exceed these requirements? If so, how and why is this an additional benefit to the Government? c) Is there any information that is confusing or needs to be added, as the Government wants to ensure our requirement is understood to the maximum extent practicable. d) Is your company a Large or Small business? Please provide Small Business Status if not stated on capabilities statement. e) Is a NAICS code other than 541690 appropriate? If, yes, please provide the NAICS code. f) Do you anticipate submitting a proposal for this effort? g) If there are any task(s) or statement(s) made in the attached PWS that you feel are unclear or vague, restrictive, or want to provide additional information on, please provide so the Government can provide clarification language to ensure your business and the Government will have a “meeting of the minds.” SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Please provide the Capabilities Statement and Brief Narrative/ in a format of Microsoft Word, PDF, or PowerPoint. Please limit responses to no more than roughly five (5) pages as the Government is not seeking business to endure any significant work, just enough to provide feed back to the Government. Please know it is in your best interest to reply because the GOVERNMENT IS SEEKING ROBUST COMPETITION, especially amongst small business concerns. The response date for this market research is 15 February 2023. No telephone calls will be accepted. Based on number of responses, this SOURCES SOUGHT may be followed by an industry Day or other.
