The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (JPEO-CBRN) Medical will award a firm-fixed-price Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) based sole source contract with SIGA Technologies, Inc. 4575 SW Research Way, Ste 110, Corvallis, OR, 97333 to purchase 10,000 additional doses of a smallpox therapeutic to replenish expiring doses within the existing Department of Defense (DoD) stockpile with a future option to purchase at least 10,000 more doses to increase the available quantity. The Government projects award for March 2022 and FY21 procurement funds will be used. Supported by an approved justification and approval for other than full and open competition.
