W911SR-19-Q-PCTI, Preconcentrator Tubes IDIQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911SR-19-Q-PCTI is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. This is an unrestricted competitive acquisition, and falls under the associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 335999 (All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing). The Government contemplates the single award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Preconcentrator Tubes for the U.S. Army Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Chemical Biological Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, in accordance with (IAW) the following attachments: (1) Items Specifications, (2) PCT Testing Standards. This solicitation is in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. DESCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS (Please refer to the attached Items Specifications for detailed description of items): 1. Preconcentrator Tube, 3mm x 100mm MINICAMĀ® PCT, 21mm bed Tenax TA 60/80 Mesh Minimum Quantity per Delivery Order: 300 Units Maximum Quantity per Delivery Order: 3000 Units Minimum Quantity per Year: 1200 Units Maximum Quantity per Year: 6000 Units 2. Preconcentrator Tube, 3mm x 100mm MINICAMĀ® PCT, 20mm bed of HayeSep D 40/60 Mesh Minimum Quantity per Delivery Order: 300 Units Maximum Quantity per Delivery Order: 3000 Units Minimum Quantity per Year: 1200 Units Maximum Quantity per Year: 6000 Units DELIVERY Delivery for all items will be F.O.B. destination and will be delivered to: US Army, Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center RDCB-DPO-M ATTN: John Barczak 5183 Blackhawk Road, BLDG E3330, RM 184 Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010 PRICING TABLE Pricing information per unit is required for 5 years, separated by year if pricing will vary per year, as detailed below. Pricing from 300 units up to 6000 units should be the same in each year, regardless of quantity (no batch pricing). Lowest price will be determined by overall price over the five year period for quantities of 3000 units per year (Note: the quantity listed is not a guaranteed order quantity and is used for pricing purposes only). (See FULL solicitation attached for pricing chart example). SAMPLES REQUIRED FOR TESTING Samples will be required for this solicitation in order to determine technical acceptability. Offerors will submit 30 Tenax PCTs and 30 HayeSep D PCTs for use in MINICAMS to the CCDC Chemical Biological Center for evaluation. All 30 PCTs will be inspected for proper sorbent material, proper diameter, proper length and proper materials of construction in accordance with the dimensions and tolerances listed in the attachment titled "PCT Testing Standards". Samples shall be delivered to the delivery address listed above. Vendors who are not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of quote submission will not be considered.
