The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss, TX is issuing a construction solicitation W911SG-25-B-A032, in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at Fort Bliss, Texas. General Information:Remove existing roofing system on building 769 and provide a new asphalt shingle roof system including self-adhering underlayment and asphalt roof shingles. Provide a portion of 2 ply modified bitumen roofing system with tapered insulation and air vapor barrier. Provide a six-nail pattern at each shingle installation. Procurement will be solicited as one hundred percent (100%) HUBZone. The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed has been issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 (Size Standard $19 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000.
