MICC–Fort Bliss intends to establish five Blanket Purchase Agreements with eligible small businesses for portable latrine and hand-wash station rental, servicing, and related support at Fort Bliss, Texas, and associated training areas and ranges in Texas and New Mexico. The requirement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services, with a $9 million size standard. The anticipated BPA ordering period is 23 November 2026 through 22 November 2031, though the Government may set a later commencement date and corresponding expiration date to maintain a five-year ordering period. Individual BPA calls will be competed among BPA holders. The BPAs do not guarantee a minimum quantity of services or minimum expenditure.
