This contract is for an operating lease of 135 Multifunctional Devices (MFDs) with full-service maintenance for the US Army Garrison at Fort Bliss, Texas. The required devices include 24 color units in Volume Band I, 57 color units in Volume Band II, and 54 black and white units in Volume Band III. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and supplies, including consumables and hard-drive removal, with the government retaining ownership of all hard drives. The MFDs must remain in place for the duration of the delivery orders unless replaced at no additional cost. Specific device locations will be confirmed in the delivery order against the awarded ID/IQ contract.
