The project also includes ADA ramps, curb and gutter work, and sign relocation, with a contract duration of 120 days after notice to proceed. The estimated construction value is between $100,000 and $350,000, and the opportunity is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Performance will take place at White Sands Missile Range in Dona Ana County, New Mexico. The tentative solicitation issuance date is on or about June 3, 2026, with a pre-bid conference and site visit on June 10, 2026.
