The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Bliss, Texas seeks a contractor to provide a Small Arms Weapons Simulation Training System (SAWSTS) on a competitive basis. Services include analysis, subject matter expertise, operational and technical support, resource management, and administrative support. The contractor must provide a Synthetic Small Arms Simulation Gymnasium with grid pattern sports vision, cognitive, and human performance drills at McGregor Range, New Mexico. The system must support combat and advanced marksmanship training, including threat/non-threat recognition, eye tracking, and human performance simulation. The contractor is responsible for operations, sustainment, maintenance, instructor training, content management, and ensuring system availability for scheduled training.
