8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8)

This is a requirement for comprehensive custodial services at multiple Fort Bliss facilities in Texas and New Mexico, including the main base, an airfield, a medical center, and surrounding training ranges. The services must create a clean and healthy environment across all specified locations. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the work. The performance location is Fort Bliss, Texas, and extends to facilities in El Paso, Texas, and Dona Ana, McGregor, and Otero Counties in New Mexico.
