This amendment incorporates Attachment A12, Combined Questions and Answers. Price proposals must include both Attachment A07, the Pricing Sheet, and a completed Section B of the SF-1449. Offerors may optionally submit revisions to Volume II Technical Capabilities; if they do not, the previously submitted Volume II will be evaluated, and previously submitted Volume III Past Performance remains valid without resubmission. The amendment is restricted to offerors who submitted timely proposals and remain in the competition and is not open to new offerors. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the custodial services.

The amendment updates prospective offerors on the status of the custodial services acquisition. Performance will occur at Fort Bliss, Biggs Army Airfield, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, and surrounding training ranges in El Paso and New Mexico (Dona Ana, McGregor, and Otero counties). The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for custodial services. The objective is to maintain a clean, healthy environment for facility occupants, users, and visitors.
