This contract is for non-personal services to install, remove, and reconfigure communication radios in Law Enforcement (LE) and Emergency Services (ES) vehicles at Fort Bliss, Texas and surrounding areas as outlined in attachment 3 – description of agreement. The Contractor will provide all necessary resources, ensuring proper installation, securing, and testing of government-furnished radio systems, and returning vehicles to full operational condition. This work supports the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) in maintaining a safe and secure environment.
