Prior to arrival, coordinate with Government Representative. The Contractor shall ensure Dump Trucks & Backhoes with Trailers are delivered with all necessary original equipment parts IAW the operator’s manual and have a full tank of fuel. All parts must be fully functional IAW the operator’s manual. All Dump Trucks & Backhoes with Trailers are to be delivered to designated locations inside training areas.
