Television consists of 420 TV outlets +/- 20% using prescribed channel list in Annex A (Attached). Internet service consists of providing speeds of 2 Gb throughout WBAMC 24/7. WBAMC requires a signal that can be decoded and transmitted via IP Multicast due to the digitally based IPTV broadcast signal system configuration & infrastructure currently in place. Contractor must utilize Ft Bliss NEC structure and be compatible with existing eVidion platform. Equipment shall not be mounted on any rooftop.
