AMENDMENT 1: Correction to CLIN and PWS. 93 Latrines and 48 Handwash Stations are the acurate numbers. Contractor shall provide non-personal services in delivery and pickup for a total of 9 3Latrines Portable Latrines, and 48 Hand Washing Stations with a weekly cleaning schedule on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the duration of the contract. Period of Performance is 29 July 2024 to 12 August 2024. The Contractor shall accomplish the delivery of the portable latrines & hand washing stations with all functioning parts to the provided grid locations. In certain circumstances, during the contract period, Portable Latrines and Hand Wash Stations maybe requested to be relocated in the Training Areas in order to have the Latrines and the Hand Wash Stations within the close proximity of the training personnel’s living and working areas. Contractor shall provide relocation within a one (1) mile radius of the current location. Contractor shall be given forty-eight (48) hours notification from the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). PLEASE REFERENCE ATTACHED SCHEDULE (ATTACHMENT 2) OF PWS.
