All parti... This soliciation has been amended and extended thru December 15, 2023 to reflect a new period of performance and additional locations. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. All parties interested are required to be certified as a small business before pursuing set-aside opportunities. Along with quote, please submit small business certification and category, if applicable. The Fort Bliss MICC proposes to award a solicitation/contract for 17 latrines with services provided MWF and Saturday if necessary and 17 hand washing stations The objective of this contract is to provide portable latrines, hand washing stations, and Cleaning Services with servicing for both in support of the 5-52nd ADA BN as they execute field training exercises. This contract includes all functions, tasks, and responsibilities normally performed by a Portable Sanitation Service provider to include furnishing portable units, cleaning and maintenance of units. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Federal Law, and Texas State Law Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Army and installation regulations.
