Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss is issuing a SYNOPSIS NOTICE for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract that consists of roof repairs at building 11265 at Fort Bliss, TX. This acquisition is set aside for WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES under NAICS 238160 (Size Standard $19 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The contractor shall provide all plans, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to complete this scope of work. Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, all work shall comply with applicable State, local and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions. All work under this contract will be performed within the confines of the Fort Bliss Installation, at Fort Bliss, TX. Details of that site visit will be available in the solicitation. The tentative anticipated date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 26 July 2024, bid opening is to be determined (TBD) and completing contract performance 90 calendar days after contract award under solicitation number W911SG24B0018.
